Answers to Your Pool Questions

Timelines depend on design complexity, approvals, and site conditions, but a typical concrete inground pool usually takes about 8–12 weeks from excavation to handover under normal conditions.

For most home pools that are used regularly, professional maintenance is recommended at least once a week during the swimming season and every 2–4 weeks in off‑season, with continuous circulation and periodic chemical checks year‑round.

Essential routine tasks include skimming and vacuuming, brushing walls and tiles, checking and balancing water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity), cleaning baskets and filters, and inspecting equipment like pumps, filters, and heaters for proper operation.
